The gentle rustle of the leaves filled the air with the sweet music only fall brings. Golden light glistened across the lake and the brilliant colors of the trees painted the blue sky. It was the perfect day for Danielle and Matt’s wedding. Filled to the brim with excitement, Danielle snuck up behind Matt for an intimate “first look” by the water. Love shone through Matt’s eyes as he brought his beautiful bride in for an embrace. The day had finally arrived where they would become husband and wife!
As Danielle and Matt exchanged their vows under a canopy of orange and yellow leaves, family and friends wiped happy tears from their eyes. Their bridal party cheered at their first kiss, and bubbles filled the air as the couple ascended up the aisle. A canoe ride for two at sunset allowed for some truly magical moments before Danielle and Matt headed inside to spend the night celebrating with family and friends.
Danielle and Matt, your Indian Trail Club wedding was straight out of a fairytale. As your one year anniversary approaches, it seems only fitting to relive your gorgeous day. Enjoy a few of my favorite memories below. 🙂
Danielle and Matt did an incredible job incorporating the fall theme throughout their wedding. From the flowers to the invitation suite, every detail came together perfectly!
Danielle spent the morning getting ready with her girls. My favorite moment had to be when they all slipped on their cowboy boots!
Danielle, you seriously are STUNNING!
A big thanks to Mekina Saylor for helping me photograph Danielle and Matt’s incredible day! I just love these fun moments you captured of the guys.
A sweet first look…
…followed by some fun bridal party photos!
Quite possibly the cutest flower girl and ring bearer ever!
LOVE.
Apple cider and warm apple cider donuts were available for guests to enjoy at the ceremony.
Danielle and Matt exchanged vows under a canopy of golden leaves as the sunset set slowly behind them.
HAPPILY MARRIED!!!
This awesome old pickup truck made the perfect getaway vehicle for Danielle and Matt! Hay filled the bed of the truck and personalized cans were tied to the bumper.
Thank you guys for cheering on Danielle and Matt all day!
After the ceremony, we headed out to the lake for a glorious sunset.
True love inspires. It awakens the heart to the beauty hidden deep inside a person’s soul.
Danielle and Matt, your day really was a fairytale.
Danielle’s mom and dad did the most amazing job crafting many of the details for the wedding day! They handmade the table cloths, indian corn vases, and felt acorn place cards.
Danielle’s grandma even handmade 100 apple pies for the wedding favors! The entire day was filled with love from Danielle and Matt’s family, just as it should be.
After sharing their first dance to “When the Stars Go Blue”, Danielle and Matt danced the night away with family and friends.
Thank you again Danielle and Matt for giving me the opportunity to capture your gorgeous Indian Trail Club wedding! I enjoyed being a part of such a special time in your lives and I wish you all the happiness in the world in the years to come.
Oh my gosh… these pictures kept getting better and better! They would make anybody want to get married in the fall.. soooo pretty. Those pictures in the canoe are amazing and I LOVE the flowers and all the fall themed parts to this wedding. (And you’re right about the flower girl and ring bearer too.. adorable!)
