YOUR PROFESSIONAL FOOTPRINT : MOO BUSINESS CARDS

As an artist, I want the first impression of my business to get across a few simple points…I am creative, personable, and I believe in high quality!  That is why taking time and care in creating your business cards is so important!  If you think about it, your business cards are your professional footprint.  After you meet someone, they are the one thing you leave behind and you want this product to STAND OUT!  No one does a better job at crafting business cards that make a big impression than MOO.  MOO allows you to create custom business cards, postcards, and mini cards that serve to represent you and your brand.  Then, they print them at the highest quality!  This becomes very important when working in the photography industry.  🙂

Now that you know who to use, how do you go about creating your cards?  When I was designing my MOO business cards, I knew I wanted to include a photograph of myself!  Why?  Because I wanted the people accepting my card to be able to take one glance at it and remember who I am.  I picked a photo where I was holding my camera and smiling.  I LOVE what I do and I want that message to come across on my professional footprint!   On the back of the card I used my signature color red.  This color can be seen all throughout my branding so incorporating it was a must.  I placed my logo (designed by Becka Pillmore of PillDesigns) in the center and my important information below.  That’s it!  I want it to be easy for people to find and contact me.  The simpler, the better!  Lastly, I chose to order MOO’s Luxe business cards.  At triple the thickness and weight of most ordinary cards, Luxe boasts a rich seam of color within the layers of paper, and a stunning, tactile quality that you won’t find anywhere else!    This brings me back to high quality.  The first impression you make is so important.  I love the expensive feel of these cards and I feel proud to hand them out!

I wanted to give you a better idea of what these cards look like so I gave them their own photo session!  Check out a few of my favorites below. 🙂

The card design is clean and simple!  MOO allowed me to insert a photo on the front of the card and upload a photoshop file I created for the back.

These babies are thick!  If you look closely, you can see the red seam of color in-between the layers of paper.

MOO even takes pride in how they package their products.  Check out the unwrapping process below!

Adorable MOO seal.

Ta-da!

A big thanks to Mikkel Paige for taking the photograph of me for the front of my cards. 🙂  YOU ARE AWESOME!

Cute business cards deserve a cute case!  I got this one from White House Black Market.
