Winter Yale Club Wedding

Alejandra and Michael were married this year on Leap Day! Their winter Yale Club wedding was an amazing celebration of their love for one another and their families and friends. Every moment was filled with excitement, from Alejandra’s walk down the aisle at the church, to the mariachi band that made an appearance at the end of the evening. Alejandra and Michael made so many happy memories on their special day, and I am thrilled to share some of my favorites!

Getting Ready at The Roosevelt Hotel

Alejandra and her bridesmaids spent the morning together at The Roosevelt Hotel – one of my favorite NYC getting ready locations for bridal parties! Laughter and joy filled the suite as the girls gathered to toast Alejandra on her wedding day! Meanwhile, Michael spent the beginning of their wedding day with his groomsmen, eagerly anticipating the moment he would finally see his beautiful bride!

All the details of Alejandra and Michael’s wedding day were so beautiful. I loved the sweet gifts Alejandra gave her bridesmaids: pretty pajama sets, floral monogrammed mugs, and sentimental bracelets. After a fun morning, Alejandra slipped on her stunning winter wedding dress by Wedding Atelier and her Jimmy Choo wedding shoes and made her way to the church.

Beautiful NYC Church Wedding Ceremony

The Church of the Blessed Sacrament is one of the most beautiful churches in New York City, and such a special place for Alejandra and Michael to get married. Michael couldn’t stop smiling as he waited at the end of the aisle! Behind the doors, Alejandra excitedly joined hands with her mom before entering the church. Michael’s eyes were filled with so much love for Alejandra as she walked down the aisle. I love that Alejandra and Michael incorporated two beautiful hispanic traditions into their wedding mass! The Exchange of the Arras Coins signified the pledge between Alejandra and Michael through the exchange of thirteen gold coins. The Placement of the Lazzo symbolized eternity and their everlasting union. Both moments were so special! After being pronounced husband and wife, this sweet couple shared the most joyful kiss!

Sweet Winter Wedding Photos in Central Park

After their wedding ceremony, Alejandra and Michael made their way to Central Park. We only spent about 10 minutes capturing winter wedding photos in this iconic NYC spot, but it was so sweet for them to have a little time alone to soak in being married! I loved capturing their joy and laughter during this romantic rendezvous and seeing Alejandra and Michael share this sweet excited time as newlywed!

Gorgeous Grand Central Wedding Photos

After posing for some beautiful winter wedding photos in Central Park, Alejandra and Michael made their way to the iconic Grand Central Terminal. Despite the hustle and bustle around them, Alejandra and Michael only had eyes for each other! They joined their wedding party for some group portraits before posing alone for gorgeous Grand Central wedding photos.

Stunning Yale Club Wedding Reception

The Yale Club of New York City was an incredible location for Alejandra and Michael’s wedding reception. Alejandra personally selected the menus and placecards and the floral design perfectly matched the breathtaking bouquets by ZAK Events. The white lace linens and golden candles made the reception so dreamy and romantic!

Joyful Yale Club Wedding Portraits

Before joining their family and friends for their Yale Club wedding reception, Alejandra and Michael stole away for some time alone. They laughed and posed for photos on the grand staircase before cuddling up in the library sitting room. I love that they got to spend these little moments together throughout their wedding day, just the two of them!

Yale Club Wedding Celebration

Alejandra and Michael entered their Yale Club wedding reception to cheers and applause from their excited guests. The two had an absolute blast on the dance floor during their first dance and soon all their family and friends were joining them to dance the night away! All of the food was unreal, but my favorite was the Mexican candy bar! Alejandra and her mother put together an incredible display of the couple’s favorite candies and it was such a fun touch! During dinner, an amazing Mariachi band serenaded Alejandra, Michael, and their guests and set the mood for a night full of celebration!
