An Autumn Day in Old City Philadelphia

Caroline and Kevin’s wedding day is finally here! I am so excited to be photographing Caroline and Kevin’s beautiful wedding this Saturday! I wanted to share some of my favorite moments from their Old City Philadelphia engagement photos last fall! Caroline and Kevin spent a perfect autumn day vising Elfreth’s Alley and the Art Museum Steps (made famous by Rocky!). The two held hands as they walked the leaf-strewn cobblestone streets. Caroline and Kevin laughed as they posed with the Rocky statue, copying his well known victory stance. After seeing the love and joy between Caroline and Kevin, I’m even more thrilled to watch them become husband and wife!

How They Met

Although Caroline and Kevin attended college together, they didn’t meet until a few years after graduating! They first connected through online dating and soon discovered they had some mutual friends in common from their college days. Caroline and Kevin will be tying the knot after three years filled with love and I am so looking forward to celebrating with them.

Their Upcoming Wedding

I can’t wait for Caroline and Kevin’s wedding this Saturday! Their day will be filled with fun pop culture references. Rather than picking just one theme or reference, Caroline and Kevin decided to include details for everything they love! The wedding colors are a nod to Ravenclaw with a mix of navy, white, and sage green (I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and a Hufflepuff myself!). Kevin is gifting Game of Thrones inspired “hand of the king” pins to his best men. Even their signature drinks feature their favorite shows and movies: Kevin’s will have a Game of Thrones themed name and Caroline’s is named after The Princess Bride.
