CENTRAL PARK ENGAGEMENT : LAUREN + JOHN

Love works in so many different ways.  Sometimes you feel that instant connection to the person you are destined to be with forever, while in other cases, a friendship grows into a romance overtime.  John met Lauren for the first time in church when his younger sister pointed her out as a girl she thought he would like to date.  They went out for dinner, and though the conversation was okay, it wasn’t anything to write home about.  Deciding it would be better to just be “friends”, John and Lauren went their separate ways.

Sometime later, the two found themselves together again when their families decided to go skiing with one another over Christmas.  Lauren has always prided herself on being a great skier and was shocked when she found John could ski faster and better than she could!  Sometimes that is all it takes. 🙂  Her attraction for him grew, and pretty soon, she found out John had been feeling the same way.  They fell hard for one another, and a year later, John proposed to Lauren under the romantic light of a full moon in Central Park.  These two love birds are tying the knot in June, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!

Lauren and John, thank you for giving me the opportunity to capture your beautiful Central Park engagement session!  I truly enjoyed our morning together, and I can’t wait to share some of my favorite images from our time together below.
