Carol and Eder have a simple yet beautiful relationship. They met in graduate school and immediently began to discover how many of the same values they shared. Though their core beliefs aligned, their personalities were complete opposites. Eder brought out the fun, spontaneous side of Carol and Carol grounded Eder in the best possible way.  Their relationship grew as they mutually pursued each other and after five years together they decided to get married!

Carol and Eder tied the knot in Sao Paulo, Brazil on November 16, 2013!  They said “I do” on the rooftop of a breathtaking penthouse in the heart of the city. After the ceremony, they headed inside to celebrate with their closest family and friends!  I feel so incredibly honored to have captured their day and I can’t wait to share a few of the unforgettable memories made below.

Carol and Eder were married in Carol’s brother’s all white penthouse apartment.  It was a photographer’s dream!

Their ceremony took place on this gorgeous rooftop overlooking the city.

Before Carol started getting ready, she spent the morning hanging out with Eder’s beautiful daughter Julia.  Their sweet relationship made my heart melt!

Fabio and his lovely wife were kind enough to host the wedding in their beautiful apartment.

I spent almost everyday with these gorgeous girls in college!  We all played on the tennis team together at Gardner-Webb University.  It was so much fun seeing them all again!

Carol and Eder saw each other for the first time when Carol walked down the aisle.
