OAKS CASTLE WEDDING : KELLI + BRIAN

Kelli and Brian’s wedding was out of a fairy tale…castle and all.  Looking back, it was the perfect day for my best friend.  I still remember the day Kelli and Brian’s relationship began.  It was New Year’s Eve in NYC and Kelli made a single phone call, to Brian.  She asked him for a date when she returned to Tennessee, to which Brian gladly agreed!  Their whirlwind romance began and two years later Brian got down on one knee and asked Kelli to marry him!  She said yes whole heartily and started planning their dream wedding.

Kelli and Brian were married July 6th in Johnson City, Tennessee.  With an emotional first look, ceremony in front of a castle, and beautiful sparkler exit, their day was truly magical.  I had the honor of being a part of this amazing day as bridesmaid and photographer.  My incredible second shooter, Mekina Saylor, took on the responsibilities of first shooter for the day. Many of the images you will see in this blog post are hers. 🙂  Check out a few of my favorite photographs from Kelli and Brian’s fairytale of a wedding day below.

Kelli and Brian’s Oaks Castle wedding took place in Johnson City, TN.  With not a cloud in the sky, it really was a perfect day!

Kelli picked out her lovely Pnina Tornia gown from Kleinfeld Bridal in NYC.

Love this photo by Mekina.

Kelli’s sister in law Paige made her this very special ring holder.  Paige actually imprinted the lace from Kelli’s mother’s veil into this incredible homemade piece!

Kelli, you are GORGEOUS!

An emotional first look. 🙂

Loving Brian’s reaction to his pretty bride.

These lovely flower girls belong in a magazine!

Fun bridesmaid pictures are my favorite.

LOVE.

Kelli’s mother Jenny wrote a song for her daughter that was performed before Kelli walked down the aisle.  The sweet lyrics were printed on the back of the program.

The first kiss!

If you know Kelli and Brian, I am sure you can image their reception was a BLAST!

As the end of the evening, Kelli and Brian ran through a sea of sparklers to their decorated get away car.

This sweet kiss in front of the Oaks Castle made for the perfect end to a very magical evening.  Congratulations Kelli and Brian!  I wish you both a life full of laughter and so much happiness.
