Magical Winter Wedding at the Central Park Boathouse
New York City is so incredibly romantic in the winter! Mary and Luke tied the knot last week in a gorgeous winter Central Park Boathouse wedding in front of their beloved family and friends! The day was filled with laughter and love and everyone had so much fun celebrating under the twinkle lights. I am so excited to share photos of this sweet couple’s magical wedding day!
Joy-Filled Wedding Morning
Mary was all smiles on the morning of her wedding! She was surrounded by her family and bridesmaids as they all got ready together. Mary looked stunning in her Lovely Bride gown! Her pearl headband was the perfect accent and I loved her classic rose bridal bouquet. Mary has three sisters and the moments of them all helping her into her dress with their mom are some of my favorites. It is obvious how close they are as a family! Mary’s bridesmaids were thrilled to see their friend looking so beautiful in her wedding dress! We captured some fun photos of the girls before Mary traveled to have a first look with her dad.
Sweet Father-Daughter First Look
One of my favorite moments of the day was Mary’s intimate father-daughter first look with her dad! There was so much emotion in this sweet moment! You could see the pride and love shining in Mary’s father’s eyes as he saw his daughter as a bride.
Groom Getting Ready
While Mary got ready with her bridesmaids, Luke joined his groomsmen for a fun morning. Luke posed for some groom portraits on the balcony with a spectacular city background. The guys gathered together and headed to the Loeb Boathouse for one more group photo before the first look!
Beautiful Wedding Day First Look at Bethesda Steps
Mary and Luke made their way to the Bethesda Terrace in Central Park for their first look. This was such a wonderful moment and I loved seeing the joy and excitement in their eyes as they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day. As Mary and Luke held hands and walked down the famous Bethesda steps, the train of Mary’s dress flowed beautifully on the staircase. They laughed easily as they made their way to the Bethesda fountain.
Romantic Winter Wedding Photos in Central Park
I adored the classic and romantic style of Mary and Luke’s winter wedding! It was the perfect palette for their love story. After posing for some pretty wedding portraits, Mary and Luke joined their bridal party and families for group photos. You could feel the love and joy radiating on the crisp January afternoon!
