It was a beautiful evening, much like the evening they got engaged!  The sun was setting over the Manhattan skyline, turning the sky a dusky pink and blue.  Amy and JD walked hand and hand along the water taking in the gorgeous views.  When they got to the 9/11 memorial in Weehawken, JD paused.  This was the exact spot he ask Amy to marry him!  JD’s father was a first responder firefighter during the attacks, and the location is special to both of them.  Amy reminisced, “The whole thing was very personal and great! We have been dating for 3.5 years so I knew it was coming but didn’t expect it then at all.”

Amy and JD are tying the knot at Hamilton Farms this November and I couldn’t be more excited for them!  As a couple, they are outgoing, kind, adventurous, and they truly just have so much fun together! I loved getting to spend the afternoon with them in one of their favorite places.
